Jennifer Rosenfeld, CEO and Co-Founder
Jennifer Rosenfeld, CEO of iCadenza and President & Principal Manager of Cadenza Artists, has extensive experience working with musicians of all genres on identifying and pursuing their professional goals, and overcoming the obstacles that come up along the way. She has also worked with organization leaders on creating a culture of innovation and developing promotional and strategic initiatives. She received her JD/MBA from Stanford Law School and Graduate School of Business. Having co-authored the book Awakening Your Business Brain: An iCadenza Guide to Launching your Music Career, Jennifer has taught career development for arts students at Stanford University. She sits on the Board of Directors of the Los Angeles Philharmonic Association and KDFC, the Bay Area’s classical public radio station.
Julia Torgovitskaya Rapoport, President and Co-Founder
Julia Torgovitskaya Rapoport, President of iCadenza & CEO of Cadenza Artists Management, is a trained opera singer who relates first-hand to the ever-changing challenges facing performing artists. She has extensive consulting experience, and her writings have been published in international publications. Having earned a Master of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego, Julia is passionate about introducing artists to the concept of approaching their career development with an entrepreneurial mindset, and using proven business concepts for their personal career success. Julia earned Bachelor of Arts degrees with High Honors at Tufts University. Julia received Beta Gamma Sigma distinction for her graduate studies and Summa Cum Laude and Phi Beta Kappa for her undergraduate work. Julia is on the board of directors at Classical KUSC radio and Ohana Arts, and is the co-author of the book Awakening Your Business Brain: An iCadenza Guide to Launching your Music Career, published in November 2015.
Lisa Husseini, Client Strategist
Lisa Husseini is a flutist turned arts administrator who is passionate about empowering artists to build thriving careers. Having graduated with her BM and MM in Flute Performance from The Hartt School and the New England Conservatory of Music, Lisa went on to hold administrative positions at the New England Conservatory Preparatory School and the New World Symphony in Miami where she managed a multi-disciplinary visiting faculty program aimed toward building future arts leaders. Currently, Lisa serves as General Manager for Seraphic Fire, a Miami-based nationally touring vocal ensemble, and sits on the Board of Directors for Artsmith, a Bronx-based organization providing after school arts programming for underserved youth.
Patrick Fulton, Program Manager
Patrick Fulton serves the iCadenza team as Coro’s Program Manager, overseeing the development of content and projects to enhance the Coro experience. In addition to his work with Coro, Patrick is a clarinetist and former music librarian currently living in Cleveland, Ohio. He holds degrees in clarinet performance from the Dana School of Music at Youngstown State University (BM) and Florida State University (MM), as well as a Master of Information and Library Science from Florida State (MLIS). In his time with academic music libraries, Patrick developed training programs in career development and consulting for a wide range of emerging musicians. When he is not working with iCadenza, he is an active performer with regional orchestras and enjoys distance running and traveling to hike national parks. He is also a member of the Music Library Association, and currently serves on their Career Development and Services Committee. With years of experience working with student artists to develop career and writing skills at a variety of academic institutions, Patrick is thrilled to be a member of the iCadenza team and looks forward to working with you!
Adrianne Munkacsy, Content Strategist
After 10 years of working in the corporate world as a copywriter, Adrianne Munkacsy (that’s mun-kay-see) started her own business with a mission to help growing online entrepreneurs connect to their dream clients in a way that felt natural, never forced — which made her a perfect fit for iCadenza. When she’s not writing, she likes to meditate, dance to her favorite Spotify playlists, take naps, and buy scented soy candles. Adrianne believes that we all have a responsibility to elevate the online conversation and that the best marketing strategies are rooted in truth and a genuine desire for connection.
