Management by iCadenza
Are you ready for the next step in your career? Do you specialize in performances that are focused on deeply engaging with audiences and communities? Are you known for creating and touring game changing, interdisciplinary projects? Have you gotten feedback that your ideas are too complex or just ahead of their time? Do you have a clear vision for the change you want to put in motion and the impact that you want to create?
If so, we may be the right fit for each other. University series, symphony orchestras, festivals, and other presenting organizations have come to know that our roster offers some of the most innovative, genre-redefining, engaging, and heart centered artists in our field.
Note: this service is for self-directed artists who have already created momentum and regular bookings in their careers and are now ready to accelerate this on a high level. Most artists who apply for management are not yet ready to work with a manager.
Our management roster includes:
Alexander Boldachev (project based)
Bruce Broughton (project based)
Lara Downes / Rising Sun project
Cecilia Ferron / The Lab of Joy
Hila Plitmann (general management)
Laurie Rubin (general management)

“With iCadenza’s guidance, we broke into the European concert scene, plus we embarked on an entirely new type of project (our music-and-feasting events). I even hired a new assistant to take on significant managerial responsibilities, which has turned out to be a terrific move.”

“iCadenza was essential in helping me achieve a promotion at my company. From initiating the conversation about a promotion and raise to preparing for the follow up conversations and negotiations, they guided me through each step. iCadenza helped me practice the words I was going to say and to envision my success. I’m extremely grateful for the patience and caring they showed me at each step of the way.”
